Refund and Cancellation
Refund and cancellation requests are strictly NOT ALLOWED. Once a booking is confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are permitted.
Store Credit
Store credit purchases are non-refundable in any form, including cash, loyalty points, promotional credits, or products.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances where Ralle Tennis is unable to deliver the booked services due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closures, simulator system failures, maintenance or renovation works, coach absence, technical disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Process
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, customers must contact our customer support team via email at [your email address], stating the reason for the refund request together with the
relevant booking details.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Ralle Tennis management. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will depend on the circumstances of the refund request and the portion of the booked service that has already been delivered. If the refund is approved due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, the refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the service not yet utilized.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
-Credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card used during booking.
-Debit card or bank transfer payments will be refunded to the related bank account.
Customers are required to provide a valid local Malaysian bank account for refund processing where applicable.
Agreement to Policy
Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy upon confirmation of any booking or purchase made with Ralle Tennis.
Right to Refuse Refund
Ralle Tennis reserves the right to refuse any refund request if fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or non-compliant activities are suspected, or if the request does not comply with the terms stated in this refund policy.
Amendments to Policy
Ralle Tennis reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the latest refund policy before making any booking or purchase.
